Software Developer (React) – Building Data-Driven User Experiences
We are seeking an experienced Software Developer with strong React expertise and a passion for visual design and exceptional user experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys transforming complex, data-heavy systems into intuitive, elegant, and high-performance web applications. You will work closely with Product Designers, API Developers, and fellow Frontend Engineers to deliver modern, scalable user interfaces that power real-time, AI-driven platforms.

What You’ll Do
In this role, your day-to-day work will focus on creating exceptional frontend experiences for complex web applications that handle large volumes of real-time data. You will:
- Develop and enhance data-driven web applications that prioritize usability, performance, and visual clarity
- Implement new features, platform updates, bug fixes, and UI improvements using modern frontend technologies
- Collaborate closely with Product Designers to translate design concepts into functional, responsive user interfaces
- Work alongside API Developers to integrate frontend systems with backend services seamlessly
- Help evaluate, define, and evolve platform design standards to ensure consistency and scalability
- Stay current with emerging UI/UX trends, frontend frameworks, and design patterns
- Continuously explore and implement new technologies to improve development efficiency and product quality
- Thrive in a startup environment where priorities evolve quickly and adaptability is essential
- Contribute ideas during feature planning and design discussions, helping shape the product roadmap
Required Skills & Experience
We are looking for a motivated and self-driven professional with a strong foundation in frontend development and UI/UX principles. The ideal candidate will have:
- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design and frontend development
- 3+ years of hands-on experience building responsive interfaces using CSS/SCSS, with a strong understanding of cross-browser compatibility and Flexbox
- 3+ years of experience developing single-page applications using React or similar JavaScript frameworks
- A solid grasp of modern JavaScript and frontend architecture
- Proficiency with version control systems such as Git
- Experience scaling frontend applications through component-driven development, delivering reusable and maintainable UI modules
- Strong command of data structures and algorithms, enabling efficient and optimized code
- The ability to work independently, manage priorities, and stay motivated in a fast-paced environment
- A strong work ethic and willingness to put in extra effort to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):
- Experience with Node.js, Docker, and PostgreSQL
- Familiarity with backend systems and how frontend applications interact with APIs and data pipelines
