The Role
This is a part-time Social Media Specialist position focused primarily on Facebook and Instagram, with the potential to expand to other platforms in the future. You will collaborate closely with both the business owners and the Digital Marketing Manager to plan, create, and execute social media content and campaigns.
Posting frequency typically ranges from 3–4 posts per month, though this may fluctuate based on campaigns, seasons, or special promotions. The emphasis is on quality, creativity, and strategy, rather than high-volume posting.
This role is best suited for someone who enjoys working collaboratively, communicates clearly, and is comfortable taking creative initiative.
Key Responsibilities
As a Social Media Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
- Creating engaging and on-brand content for Facebook and Instagram
- Developing creative social media strategies and campaign ideas to boost engagement and traffic
- Planning content calendars in collaboration with the marketing team
- Writing compelling captions that reflect the brand’s fun, retro-inspired personality
