We are hiring a Senior UI/UX Designer who specializes in designing complex systems, not marketing websites or static landing pages. This is a remote, full-time opportunity for an experienced designer who understands how large-scale platforms function, how users interact with systems, and how to convert real-world workflows into clear, scalable, production-ready Figma designs.

About the Role
This position focuses on system-level UI/UX design. You will work on complex web-based applications, including admin dashboards, CRM systems, POS tools, SaaS products, and internal enterprise platforms. Unlike traditional UI roles centered on visual appeal alone, this role requires a deep understanding of how systems operate, how data flows through them, and how users navigate multi-step workflows at scale.
You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and QA teams to ensure designs are not only visually consistent but also functionally accurate, scalable, and implementation-ready.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Senior UI/UX Designer, your responsibilities will include:
- Translating live prototypes or development builds into structured, logical Figma designs
- Applying system thinking to workflows, layouts, components, and UI patterns
- Designing interfaces that reflect backend logic and real product functionality
- Organizing screens and components around usability, clarity, and scalability
- Building, maintaining, and evolving design systems and component libraries in Figma
- Creating reusable UI patterns that scale across large platforms
- Partnering with developers to ensure pixel-perfect and functionally accurate implementation
- Conducting usability reviews and internal UX testing to identify gaps and friction
- Iterating designs based on feedback while maintaining system integrity
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a system-first UI/UX designer, not someone focused on surface-level aesthetics. The ideal candidate:
- Has 5+ years of hands-on experience designing UI/UX for web-based systems
- Is a Figma power user, fluent in components, auto-layout, variants, and design systems
- Has experience designing SaaS platforms, admin dashboards, POS tools, CRMs, or internal tools
- Can quickly understand how a system works and translate that logic into intuitive interfaces
- Thinks in terms of flows, states, permissions, and user roles
- Is comfortable working in fast-paced, high-clarity environments
- Communicates design decisions clearly and confidently
- Can balance speed with precision and structure
Required Skills & Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Minimum 5 years of professional UI/UX design experience, focused on system-based products
- A strong portfolio showcasing complex platforms (not marketing or branding websites)
- Advanced expertise in Figma, including:
- Component-based design
- Auto-layout
- Reusable systems
- Logic-driven UI structures
- Ability to translate prototype systems or partial builds into polished, scalable designs
- Strong understanding of how backend logic connects to frontend UI
- Excellent attention to detail, usability, and consistency
- Strong English communication skills
- Ability to manage your own workload and meet deadlines independently
Nice to Have (Not Required)
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS to better collaborate with developers
- Experience with tools like Jira, Slack, Notion, or similar collaboration platforms
- Previous experience working with distributed or global teams
