Request Staff — What to Include

The fastest way to reach us is WhatsApp. Most enquiries get a reply the same day, and most shortlists go out within 24 hours.

To get a useful shortlist rather than a follow-up questionnaire, include these five things in your first message:

1. Your sector or society — "Islamabad, F-8" or "Bahria Town Phase 4" rather than just "Islamabad"
2. The type of staff — cook, driver, maid, guard, nanny, and so on
3. Schedule — full-time, part-time, shift, live-in or live-out
4. Start date — immediate, or a specific week
5. Any specific requirements — cuisine, language, gender preference, experience with children or elderly

The quote depends on the role and skill level, whether the arrangement is live-in or live-out, your city, and the hours and days required. Any provider quoting a flat rate before hearing your requirements is guessing.

Before You Message: Three Things Worth Deciding First

You do not need everything worked out before contacting us — we will help you think it through. But settling these three questions in advance produces a noticeably better shortlist, because they are the ones that most narrow the candidate pool.

Live-in or live-out

This is the hardest decision to reverse once staff have started, and it changes cost, coverage and privacy all at once. If you have staff accommodation available, say so. If you do not, live-out is the only realistic option and that is fine.

The problem, not the job title

Households often ask for a maid when the actual need is a cook, a cleaner or a nanny. Describe what is going wrong in the house on a typical day and we will tell you which role solves it.

Your genuine hours

Not the hours you would ideally like covered, but the ones you will actually need filled every week. Candidates who accept unrealistic hours leave within weeks and both sides lose. It is better to state honestly that you need eleven-hour days than to advertise eight and hope.

Silence from an agency almost always means bad news being delayed, and we would rather give you an honest timeline you can plan around.

When you receive a shortlist, try to interview within two or three days. Strong candidates do not stay available long, and the most common reason a good match slips away is simply a slow interview schedule on the household's side.

If you are enquiring outside working hours, WhatsApp is still the best route — messages are picked up first thing and answered in order of arrival. There is no charge for enquiring, no charge for a shortlist, and no obligation at any point before you confirm a placement.
