Are you a friendly, customer-focused Customer Service Advisor (Part-Time/Remote) looking for a lovely part-time role within a fantastic medical services company? Are you commutable to the High Wycombe area within 30 minutes? Our client is seeking an amazing Customer Service Advisor (Part-Time/Remote) to support the Customer Services team in processing patient orders efficiently and with care. This role involves receiving and making calls, handling emails, and updating the customer database as necessary. Additionally, the position includes administrative tasks such as generating surgery letters.
This role is perfect for someone with an excellent telephone manner and a keen eye for detail. You will need to be an empathetic listener, capable of working towards deadlines while maintaining and enhancing the company’s brand and reputation. This part-time position involves working from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm, Monday to Friday, for a total of 15 hours per week. The role is a 12-month fixed-term contract (FTC) and is primarily remote but requires two weeks of in-office training during the day. You must be able to commute to the office for any additional training days required. The salary for this role is £23,400 pro rata (£9,360 per annum actual).
The main duties of the Evening Customer Service Advisor (Part-Time/Remote) role are as follows:
- Process patient orders with efficiency and care
- Generate surgery letters
- Support the Patient Services team with routine admin tasks
- Occasionally make outbound calls to existing patients
- Regularly cleanse the database
