About the Role
We are currently seeking Virtual Assistants to support our client companies as they scale and expand their operations. As a Virtual Assistant at Persona, you will act as a general problem solver, collaborating with multiple teams and contributing to a wide range of projects that are essential to business success.
This is a full-time, long-term, work-from-anywhere role, dedicated exclusively to supporting one client company. You will become an integral part of their team, helping streamline processes, improve efficiency, and support daily operations.
No prior experience is required—what matters most is your commitment, professionalism, and willingness to learn. Persona provides comprehensive training, mentorship, and ongoing support to ensure you thrive in your role.
Key Responsibilities
As a Virtual Assistant, your responsibilities may include:
- Drafting emails and managing professional business communications
- Participating in and coordinating video conferences
- Interfacing with clients, customers, and internal team members
- Scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and planning events
- Conducting online research and organizing information using spreadsheets
- Supporting reporting, documentation, and basic analysis
- Assisting with creative tasks such as writing, content, or media support
- Handling various administrative tasks and special projects as assigned
Your role will vary depending on the needs of the client company, providing you with diverse experience and continuous learning opportunities.
Requirements
We are looking for serious, career-oriented candidates who are ready to commit long-term. Ideal candidates will meet the following requirements:
- Full fluency in written and spoken English
- Strong comfort using apps, software, and modern technology
- Ability to work full-time and commit long-term
- Availability to work U.S. business hours (Pacific, Central, or Eastern Time)
- No prior work experience required (any experience is a plus)
