Key Responsibilities

In this role, your daily responsibilities will revolve around accurately collecting, inputting, and validating data. You will:

  • Enter, update, and maintain data across our internal databases and digital systems with precision and consistency.
  • Cross-check and verify data by comparing it with source documents, identifying discrepancies, and correcting errors promptly.
  • Organize, label, and maintain electronic files to ensure they are easily accessible and systematically stored.
  • Prepare, classify, and sort documents prior to data entry, ensuring that all required fields and information are included.
  • Generate, run, and review regular reports to identify gaps or inconsistencies in data and make necessary updates.
  • Collaborate closely with team members to improve data entry processes, enhance accuracy, and boost workflow efficiency.
  • Provide timely responses and assistance regarding data-related queries, helping to support various teams within the company.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Working Hours

This is a full-time role with standard working hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Nigerian Time), Monday through Friday. There may be occasional flexibility required depending on project deadlines or urgent tasks.
