Are you a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer looking for an opportunity to lead design initiatives from the ground up? About the Role
We are looking for a Remote Senior UI/UX Designer who thrives in a startup environment and enjoys taking ownership of the design process from start to finish. You will be the first pure designer on the team—our current design contributors are also front-end engineers—so you will have the unique opportunity to shape the product’s user interface and experience from the ground up.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you will collaborate with engineers, product managers, and executives to design new features, build a comprehensive design system, and elevate the overall user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of all UI/UX design efforts, from wireframes to high-fidelity designs
- Lead design projects from 0-1, defining user flows and customer journeys
- Build and maintain a robust design system that ensures consistency across the platform
- Collaborate with engineers to implement responsive and accessible user interfaces
- Analyze user feedback and usage data to iterate and improve design outcomes
- Conduct usability testing and create prototypes to validate design ideas
- Provide creative direction for visual aesthetics, interaction patterns, and usability
- Help define and grow the company’s design culture and practices
What We’re Looking For
Must-Have Experience:
- Expertise in Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Demonstrated success in building products from 0-1 in a fast-paced environment
- Proven experience in leading teams or design projects
- Strong portfolio showcasing design system development and thoughtful UI/UX decisions
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, React, Vue, or TypeScript
- Understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility standards
- Prior experience in FinTech or with CRM platforms is a plus
