The role is remote, with a strong preference for talent located in or near New York City, due to potential onsite collaboration. About the Role
As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing the visual identity of a premier beauty brand across various digital commerce platforms. From high-profile product launches to cutting-edge social commerce campaigns, your work will reach millions of consumers in both developed and emerging markets. Your designs will serve as the visual heartbeat of the brand’s online presence, helping to drive engagement, increase conversion, and elevate the digital customer journey.
This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment and who takes initiative when it comes to pushing creative boundaries. You will be the design lead on key initiatives, responsible not only for execution but also for offering creative direction and strategic insights across campaigns and platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Digital Design Execution: Own the development of graphic design assets for e-commerce and social commerce platforms, including landing pages, banners, product showcases, and promotional content.
- Brand Storytelling: Translate creative briefs and marketing objectives into compelling visual experiences that reflect the brand’s identity and resonate with global audiences.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing teams, agency partners, content strategists, and other creative professionals to bring campaigns to life across digital touchpoints.
- Creative Strategy & Direction: Serve as a visual strategist within the team, offering informed perspectives on layout, tone, and brand alignment. Contribute ideas that enhance consistency and innovation across markets.
- Content Development & Feedback Loop: From initial concept to final execution, manage the creative lifecycle including content proposals, internal reviews, stakeholder feedback, and final asset delivery.
- Maintain Visual Cohesion: Balance innovation and brand standards, ensuring that all deliverables maintain visual consistency while pushing the boundaries of digital design.
- Market Awareness: Stay ahead of industry and consumer trends in beauty, fashion, and social commerce. Apply knowledge of emerging platforms and consumer behavior to inform design decisions.

Qualifications
- Experience: 3–5 years of professional design experience, preferably within the beauty, fashion, fragrance, or luxury consumer goods sectors.
- Portfolio: A strong and polished design portfolio that demonstrates creativity, brand storytelling, and experience across digital and e-commerce assets.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD); familiarity with motion design or video content is a plus.
- Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities, timelines, and feedback across multiple stakeholders.
- Industry Knowledge: A keen understanding of visual design trends, digital commerce, and consumer engagement strategies across social platforms like TikTok Shop and Instagram.
- Work Style: Flexible, proactive, and solution-oriented—with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation.

Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly Rate: $45–$50 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and location.
