About The Job:
OneStream is excited to announce an opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented Website Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Website Developer, you will play a key role in the development, maintenance, and improvement of our company’s website. This role is perfect for individuals with a functional understanding of web development technologies, who are eager to learn and grow in a collaborative environment.

Website Developer Responsibilities:
Website Developer responsibilities will include working alongside our design and content teams to maintain and enhance our website. You will assist in implementing updates, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring website functionality across multiple devices and browsers. The following tasks outline your day-to-day responsibilities:
- Website Development & Maintenance: Website Developer Help develop and maintain the company’s website. This will include implementing new features and working on performance optimization.
- Collaboration: Website Developer Work closely with design and content teams to roll out new website updates and ensure everything is running smoothly.
- Cross-Browser & Device Testing: Website Developer Ensure the website performs consistently across various browsers and devices. You’ll be responsible for resolving issues that arise and ensuring a seamless experience for users.
- Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Proactively identify website issues and resolve them in a timely manner to ensure minimal disruption to user experience.
- CMS Support & Training: Assist in the training of internal users in content management systems (CMS). Provide support for content updates and help with troubleshooting as needed.
- Reporting & Analysis: Website Developer Use tools like Google Analytics, Screaming Frog, and GROQ scripting to generate reports and help identify areas of improvement for the website.
- Maintenance: Perform routine weekly, monthly, and quarterly maintenance tasks to ensure the continued functionality of the site.
- Staying Updated: Keep up to date with the latest trends and best practices in web development, ensuring that the site evolves with new technologies.
Required Education & Experience:
To succeed in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in website development.
- Education: While a degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field is preferred, it is not required.
- Skills:
- Intermediate proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with web development frameworks and content management systems (CMS).
- Strong attention to detail and a keen problem-solving ability.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work well independently, as well as in a team environment.
Preferred Education & Experience:
In addition to the required qualifications, the following skills and experiences would make you an ideal candidate for this position:
- Responsive Design & Mobile-First Development: Experience building mobile-responsive websites that look great on all devices.
- Version Control Systems: Familiarity with version control systems such as Git to manage code changes.
- Graphic Design Tools: Knowledge of graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator for making website design adjustments.
- Specialized Development Tools: Experience with tools like Sanity, Next.js, or Tailwind CSS would be a big plus.
- SEO Knowledge: Understanding SEO best practices and their integration into web development to enhance website visibility.
