Virtual Assistant work is that to create Five Software Databases that need merging and exporting using Excel. Infusion Soft- Keap(Email Blast),  Pipedrive-CRM for Sales, Google Contacts- iPhone, Mail Chimp, QuickBooks Online. Cleanup Contacts, look up websites, look up emails, Set emails according to list per 3 companies.
Delete duplicates and import them back into the software above after the cleanup.
Organize Documents in a Google Drive per company
Clean up thousands of emails in Gmail and categorize them into labels: build a filing cabinet with rules for incoming Email
Write Emails to clients
Type up proposals for Clients
Assist the president every day with task

If this works out then a longer-term job will be running audit reports for sales and helping generate leads.
