Job Overview: We are currently seeking a highly motivated and versatile Virtual Assistant to join our team. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and implement innovative marketing strategies to attract new business.
- Conduct thorough research on the India desk at UK law firms and explore potential UK desks in Indian law firms.
- Analyze market data to understand trends in the London/UK office market and create engaging marketing posts for social media.
- Utilize various mediums to promote the company and develop creative ways to engage the target audience.
- Design marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite or similar software.
- Assist in managing the company’s website, including updates and trademarking efforts.
- Identify valuable accreditations and opportunities for business expansion.
- Coordinate and plan attendance at relevant industry events.
- Stay informed about news and developments in the India/UK Business corridor.
- Explore opportunities in sectors such as warehouse fit-out, hotel fit-out, and NHS contract tender fit-out.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in marketing, business development, or a related field.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar design software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of website management and trademarking processes is a plus.
- Familiarity with the India/UK business corridor and specific industry sectors is advantageous.
