UX/UI Web || Graphics Designer

We are seeking a skilled and innovative UX/UI designer to revamp the user experience and user interface for our website. Our current design is incomplete and lacks functionality in key areas, such as the header menu and the day/night mode feature. This project requires not only the creation of a polished, modern design but also its implementation on our platform without compromising existing functionality.

Project Objectives

1. Complete and Functional Design: Address the incomplete aspects of the current UX/UI, including:
   • The menu in the header, ensuring it is intuitive and easy to navigate.
   • The day/night mode toggle, ensuring it works seamlessly across the site.
2. Mobile and Desktop Compatibility: Ensure the redesigned UX/UI Web is fully responsive, offering an optimal experience on both mobile devices and desktops.
3. Integration with Bootstrap Framework: The new design must be compatible with the Bootstrap framework to maintain consistency and compatibility with modern web development standards.
4. Installation Without Functionality Loss: Implement the new design into the existing website without disrupting or losing any current features or functionalities.

Design Guidelines

We are open to any and all color schemes, designs, and creative inputs. While innovation is encouraged, the design should adhere to the following principles:

• User-Centric: Prioritize user needs and make navigation intuitive and straightforward.
• Modern Aesthetics: UX/UI Web Create a visually appealing design that aligns with contemporary design trends.
• Accessibility: Ensure the design is accessible to users with disabilities, following WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) standards.
• Consistent Branding: While flexibility in design is allowed, ensure that the design elements harmonize well with the site’s purpose and content.

UX/UI Web || Key Features to Address

1. Header Menu:
   • UX/UI Web Redesign the menu to make it visually appealing and functional.
   • Ensure that all links and dropdowns are easy to interact with, both on mobile and desktop platforms.
   • Incorporate dynamic elements, such as hover effects, to enhance user engagement.
2. Day/Night Mode:
   • Develop a toggle feature that allows users to switch between day and night modes seamlessly.
   • Ensure the color palette for both modes is pleasing to the eyes and does not compromise readability.
3. Responsiveness:
   • Design layouts that adjust gracefully to various screen sizes, ensuring a seamless experience for all users.
   • Optimize touch interactions for mobile users.
4. Bootstrap Compatibility:
   • Utilize Bootstrap’s grid system and components for consistency and maintainability.

Deliverables

   • Provide high-fidelity mockups for both desktop and mobile views.
   • Create interactive prototypes to demonstrate user flows and interactions.
2. UX/UI Design Files:
   • Deliver design files in formats compatible with modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch).
3. Fully Integrated Website:
   • Implement the new design into the website without disrupting existing functionalities.
   • Ensure all features, such as forms, links, and scripts, work as intended post-implementation.
4. Documentation:
   • Provide detailed documentation on the design and implementation process.
   • Include instructions for future updates and maintenance.

Timeline and Expectations

• Design Phase: Complete the design within 3–4 weeks, including client reviews and feedback iterations.
• Implementation Phase: Install and test the new design within 2–3 weeks post-approval.
• Testing and Debugging: Allocate 1–2 weeks for rigorous testing across devices and browsers to ensure quality.

Skills and Experience Required

• Proven experience in UX/UI design for web applications.
• Strong portfolio showcasing responsive designs compatible with Bootstrap.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Expertise in front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap.
• Experience in integrating designs into existing websites without disrupting functionality.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
