Job Responsibilities
As a housemaid, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and well-managed household. Your daily duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Housekeeping & Cleaning:
- Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
- Dusting and cleaning furniture, fixtures, and appliances
- Laundry, ironing, and organizing wardrobes
- Changing bed linens and ensuring all rooms are tidy
- Managing waste disposal and recycling
- Cooking & Meal Preparation:
- Preparing daily meals as per household preferences
- Following dietary restrictions and special requests
- Maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen
- Grocery shopping and food inventory management
- Childcare & Baby Care:
- Assisting in taking care of infants and young children
- Preparing meals and feeding children
- Helping with bathing, dressing, and diaper changing
- Engaging in educational and play activities
- Ensuring a safe and nurturing environment
- Home Management & Organization:
- Keeping the household well-organized
- Assisting in planning and organizing household tasks
- Running errands and handling household shopping
- Ensuring a smooth and efficient household operation
Requirements & Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years working as a housemaid, preferably in a household setting
- Education: Higher Secondary qualification preferred
- Skills: Housekeeping, cleaning, cooking, baby care, and general home management
- Personality Traits: Reliable, hardworking, honest, and respectful
- Work Ethic: Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Communication: Basic understanding of English or Arabic is an advantage
