We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and skilled Online Bidder to join our growing team and help us expand our business across major freelancing platforms — primarily Upwork, and also Freelancer, Fiverr, and Guru. The ideal candidate is a self-driven professional who understands the dynamics of online bidding, lead generation, and client conversion. If you have a strong background in IT services and a proven track record of winning projects through compelling proposals, we want to hear from you.


🔍 Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily Bidding: Identify, evaluate, and bid on relevant and high-potential projects on platforms like Upwork.
  • Proposal Writing: Craft custom, personalized proposals tailored to each client’s specific project and needs. Emphasize value-driven solutions to increase conversion rates.
  • Client Communication: Initiate and maintain communication with prospects, answer questions, and handle objections professionally.
  • Requirement Analysis: Understand project scopes, budgets, and timelines to recommend the most appropriate services and solutions.
  • Team Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams (design, development, marketing) to clarify deliverables and timelines before finalizing commitments with clients.
  • Lead Follow-Up: Regularly follow up on sent proposals and open leads to maintain engagement and build trust.
  • Reporting & Tracking: Maintain records of bids, leads, conversations, and conversions. Track success metrics and optimize the bidding strategy accordingly.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in online bidding, preferably with a strong focus on Upwork.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal English is a must. You should be capable of writing grammatically correct, compelling proposals that stand out.
  • Service Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT and digital services, including:
    • Web Development (WordPress, Laravel, MERN, etc.)
    • Mobile App Development (iOS, Android, cross-platform)
    • UI/UX & Graphic Design
    • Digital Marketing (SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing)
    • E-commerce Development (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento)
  • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple proposals per day without compromising quality.
  • Client-Centric Approach: Strong listening and analytical skills to understand client needs and deliver appropriate solutions.
  • Tools Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM tools, proposal trackers, Upwork’s bidding tools, and lead management systems is a plus.
  • Self-Motivation: You should be driven, ambitious, and result-oriented with the ability to work independently and hit daily/weekly targets.

  • Closing multiple deals per month, aligned with the company’s service offerings and quality standards.
  • Improving win rate over time through refined bidding strategies and effective client handling.
