Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative UI/UX Designer to join SynMax. In this role, you will design intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centered interfaces for our digital platforms. Key Responsibilities
As a UI/UX Designer at SynMax, you will:
- Translate complex workflows and data models into logical, easy-to-navigate user flows.
- Design and iterate on wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that meet both user needs and business objectives.
- Develop visual hierarchies and interface structures that make large volumes of data accessible and understandable.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and data teams to align on requirements and technical feasibility.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to validate design concepts and continuously improve experiences.
- Define, maintain, and evolve design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency across platforms.
- Continuously refine designs based on feedback, user analytics, and evolving product goals.
- Present and articulate design decisions clearly to stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business needs and user experiences.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should bring a mix of creativity, problem-solving, and technical expertise. Our ideal candidate will have:
- 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, particularly in data-heavy or enterprise environments.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your ability to simplify complex datasets and transform them into user-friendly designs.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent platforms.
- A solid understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
- Experience creating and maintaining design systems and reusable UI component libraries in collaboration with development teams.
- Proven ability to work in an agile environment, balancing creativity with efficiency.
- Excellent presentation, storytelling, and communication skills to explain design concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Bonus Skills (Preferred but not required):
- Expertise in data visualization, dashboards, or B2B SaaS platforms.
- Experience creating infographics that explain complex technologies.
- Familiarity with AI-powered design tools.
- Proficiency in motion graphics, animation, or video production to enhance product storytelling.
