As a Mid-Level UX/UI Designer at Ecodrive, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping intuitive, elegant, and impactful digital experiences for our users. 🖌️ Key Responsibilities
As part of the product and design team, you’ll:
- Collaborate across teams: Work closely with product managers, developers, marketers, and stakeholders to understand business needs, define problems, and design thoughtful solutions that are user-centered and scalable.
- Design engaging user experiences: Develop user flows, wireframes, low-to-high fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes that clearly communicate design intent across web and mobile interfaces.
- Conduct user research: Gather insights through interviews, usability testing, surveys, and analytics to inform design decisions and continuously improve product usability.
- Maintain design consistency: Enhance and evolve our design system and component libraries to ensure visual consistency and adherence to brand identity across all digital touchpoints.
- Iterate and refine: Use feedback, performance data, and testing results to iterate rapidly on your designs and ensure we’re always improving the user experience.
🧠 What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a designer who is both creative and analytical, someone who can empathize with users and translate business needs into compelling visual experiences. The ideal candidate should have:
- 3+ years of professional UX/UI design experience, ideally in a tech startup or digital product environment.
- A strong portfolio that showcases user-centered design processes, clean UI, and well-thought-out solutions across web and mobile platforms.
- Proficiency in Figma, including component creation, prototyping, and team collaboration features.
- A solid understanding of responsive design, mobile-first principles, and accessibility best practices.
- Experience conducting user research and turning findings into actionable design improvements.
- Ability to clearly articulate design rationale and present ideas to stakeholders in a compelling way.
- A self-starter mindset with strong project management and communication skills.
