Are you a passionate, detail-driven UI/UX designer ready to take the lead in shaping an entire product experience from the ground up? We’re looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to join us as our first in-house design hire, playing a key role in building the foundation of our user experience across all platforms.

🎨 The Role: Your Mission
As our first UI/UX designer, you won’t just be designing screens — you’ll be designing the future of our product. This is a high-impact role where you’ll work closely with our founders, product, and engineering teams to shape the user journey end-to-end.
You’ll lead our design strategy, establish best practices, create design systems, and bring consistency and delight to the user experience.
✏️ What You’ll Do
- Own and lead the full design lifecycle — from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity mockups and prototyping
- UI/UX Designer Define and establish our design system, UI components, and UX patterns
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to ship elegant, functional experiences
- Translate product goals into intuitive, user-centered solutions
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to continuously iterate and improve
- Advocate for design thinking and bring a user-first mindset to product discussions
- UI/UX Designer Build foundational design processes and tools for future hires as we scale
- Help shape the product’s voice, visual language, and overall brand identity
- UI/UX Designer Balance business goals, user needs, and technical constraints to make thoughtful design decisions
🧠 What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment
- A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional interaction design, visual design, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in modern design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
- Experience creating and scaling design systems
- Strong understanding of UX principles, user psychology, and responsive design
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills — you’ll be working closely with founders and engineers
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and take initiative in defining design direction
- Bonus: Experience with user research, motion design, or front-end development
