UI/UX Designer – Project-Based, Remote Position

We are currently seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team in a project-based, fully remote role. UI/UX Designer || Responsibilities:
As a UI/UX Designer at TypeStudios, you will:
- Design User-Centric Interfaces: Create visually appealing, user-focused designs for a variety of digital platforms, ensuring optimal user experiences.
- Develop Wireframes and Storyboards: Produce wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas to both clients and the development team.
- Collaborate with Development Team: Work closely with our development team to ensure your designs are implemented flawlessly, while also contributing creative ideas during feedback sessions.
- Contribute to Creative Ideas: Actively participate in team brainstorming sessions and design critiques, always ready to offer and accept constructive feedback.
UI/UX Designer || Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, we expect the following qualifications:
- Experience with UI/UX Design Best Practices: A strong background in utilizing UI/UX design principles to craft innovative and effective digital solutions. Understanding of mobile and responsive design is a must.
- Proficiency with Design Software: Familiarity with design software, especially Figma, is highly desirable.
- Portfolio Required: Applicants should submit a portfolio that showcases at least one completed project, demonstrating their ability to create effective and visually appealing designs that have been successfully implemented.
- Understanding of Design Principles: Strong knowledge of color theory, typography, layout design, and usability principles, particularly when designing for websites and digital platforms.
- Strong Communication Skills: The ability to work effectively in a team environment, articulate design ideas clearly, and be open to feedback from other team members is essential.
- Technical Requirements: A stable internet connection and the ability to participate in virtual team meetings are required.
