What You’ll Do
As a UI/UX & Creative Designer, you will:
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user goals and business requirements.
- Design intuitive interfaces and engaging user experiences for web and mobile platforms.
- Develop wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Create and maintain design systems and visual branding guidelines.
- Conduct UX research, usability testing, and apply feedback for continuous improvement.
- Translate brand strategy into visual storytelling through design.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 3+ years of professional experience in UI/UX and visual design.
- Proficiency in modern design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and user-centered methodologies.
- Ability to turn high-level requirements into polished design concepts.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and working with development teams is a plus.
- Experience in motion/interaction design or tools like After Effects is a bonus.
- Strong portfolio showcasing real-world design solutions and creative projects.
