🎓 The Role: Technical Instructor – Training & Certification Programs

We help thousands of people every year – including Veeva customers, employees, and partners – learn how to use our software with confidence. As a Technical Instructor, you’ll play a key role in this mission.

You’ll train, guide, and support learners at different skill levels – from developers and architects to analysts and business users – so they can grow in their careers and make the most of Veeva’s technology.

This job is a great fit if you love teaching, technology, and making a real impact in people’s professional lives.

💼 What You’ll Do:

🎥 Lead online training sessions (and sometimes in-person) that are fun, clear, and useful
📚 Keep learning and improving your knowledge about Veeva products and training techniques
🤝 Work with product experts, curriculum developers, and other teams to improve the training program
🌟 Bring new ideas to improve how we teach and how students learn
📈 Support learners with Q&A, feedback sessions, and problem-solving help
✈️ Be ready to travel sometimes (up to 20%) for on-site training, including international trips

✅ What You Need:

📅 At least 3 years’ experience teaching technical or enterprise software to customers
🗣 Strong communication and presentation skills
🎓 Understanding of how adults learn best and how to measure training success
💬 Excellent English reading, writing, and speaking skills
🧠 A positive attitude, attention to detail, and a strong desire to help others succeed
🌍 Must have the legal right to work in the EU or UK (Veeva does not offer visa sponsorship)

💡 Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):

🛠 Experience with relational databases
💊 Background in life sciences or working with companies in that field
☁️ Knowledge of cloud-based technical solutions
