Secondary Research based on solution and project needs • Support new solution design and other organizational initiatives • Work in a multi-disciplinary team environment, collaborate with all stakeholders and work toward consensus building while working on various data and analytics projects. Key Result Areas and Activities: • Collaborate with Commercial business product owners and end users to understand data and analytics requirements. • Analyze and triage the business requirements to understand scope and data sources • Create business and functional requirement documents detailing the metrics and KPIs needed by the business. • Create and manage Epics and User stories including acceptance criteria in JIRA • Collaborate with dev and Sr. Pharma/BioTech engineering teams on delivery of data products • Co-ordinate and manage testing cycles including user acceptance testing Work and Technical Experience: • Strong understanding of Commercial business areas including Sr. Pharma/BioTech sales & marketing, patient support, market access and cell and gene therapies • Sr. Pharma/BioTech Ability to collaborate with business product owners and users to understand data and analytics requirements for Commercial business areas • Strong understanding of agile methodology and ability to convert business requirements into implementation ready Epics and user stories • Hands on knowledge with data querying, data analysis, data mining, reporting and analytics will be a plus • Excellent verbal and written communication skills Willing to work in US EST time zone (half day or more overlap will be preferred) Tools: Power BI, Snowflake, Oracle DB, SQL, Microsoft office suite
