Job Description: Spanish-Speaking International Field Support Engineer (Electro-Mechanical)

Spanish-Speaking Field Support Engineer are seeking a talented and motivated Product Support/Technical Engineer who is fluent in both English and Spanish. This is a field-based role requiring strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide exceptional support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Training and Support of Spanish-Speaking Field Support Engineer:

  • Act as a key technical specialist, responsible for onboarding new trade customers to our Stiltz Homelifts range.
  • Deliver in-house classroom training and on-site technical training to trade customers across the UK and internationally.
  • Provide first-line technical support, troubleshooting, and advice to ensure customers can install, service, and maintain our award-winning homelift products effectively.

Customer Engagement:

Spanish-Speaking Field Support Engineer

  • Collaborate with our R&D engineering team to support product testing and improvements.
  • Contribute to the introduction of new products by providing insights and feedback from the field.

Travel and Autonomy:

  • Be prepared for extensive international travel to deliver training and support to customers around the world.
  • Work independently as part of a small, highly skilled team, managing your schedule and responsibilities effectively.

What You Need to Succeed Spanish-Speaking Field Support Engineer:

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in a similar field-based international technical support role.
  • A relevant technical qualification, such as SVQ/NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Strong technical proficiency with effective problem-solving and analytical skills.
