Key Responsibilities of Solution Sales Manager
- Lead end-to-end sales processes, from prospecting and qualifying leads to presenting solutions, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Understand client business challenges and consultatively sell tailored solutions that deliver measurable ROI.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to key decision-makers.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Success to align solutions with client needs and expectations.
- Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools, providing accurate forecasts and sales reports.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities.
What We’re Looking For Solution Sales Manager
- Proven experience (5+ years) in solution or consultative B2B sales, ideally within the technology or SaaS industry.
- Strong track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives.
- A consultative and strategic mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative, cross-functional team.

- Full UK working rights and willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or industry events.
