We are offering a unique opportunity for a Social Media Specialist in New Jersey. This role involves developing engaging content and managing social media platforms for various brands. Responsibilities:
Develop and execute engaging social content across various social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Snapchat.
Monitor social media trends and tools, and recommend fresh and innovative ideas for their application.
Create timely and culturally relevant content optimized for platform and audience.
Identify and act on content opportunities, initiating conversations across different platforms.
Analyze, track, and measure performance against KPIs and report on results.
Collaborate closely with Account Management and creative teams to generate bigger, better ideas.
Use social tools and analytics such as Facebook Insights, Google Analytics, and Hootsuite to report on campaign performance.
Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines without compromising on quality.
Use Adobe suite for content creation and editing, maintaining brand awareness across different channels.
Continually refine the creative process, ensuring the production of high-quality content.

Requirements
Must have an in-depth knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Google+
Proficiency in using social media tools including Facebook Insights, Google Analytics, and Hootsuite
Experience in creating and managing digital advertisements is required
Must possess strong analytical skills to interpret data from social media platforms and Google Analytics
Experience in blogging to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to the website
Ability to plan and execute social media campaigns effectively
Must be capable of analyzing campaign performance and making necessary adjustments for optimization
Must have the ability to strategize and implement methods to increase brand awareness through social media platforms
A strong understanding of social media trends and how they can be leveraged for brand promotion
Must be able to work collaboratively with other team members and departments to coordinate campaign plans and strategies.
