Position Overview:

As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the overall social media strategy to enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and increase audience growth across various social media platforms.

This will be for Luxury Property Partners & also a High Performing Agent Project.

A brief overview of the High Performing Agent Project:

The mission of the business is to provide a top level education to agents in the real estate agency industry on how to become high performing agent. We want to re-shape the industry whereby estate agents are respected professionals, with high standards that get great results for their clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to achieve brand objectives.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities to inform strategy development.
  • Set measurable goals and KPIs for social media campaigns and regularly analyse performance metrics to optimise strategies.
  • Content Creation and Management:
  • Create engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to text, images, videos, and interactive media.
  • Plan and schedule social media posts in alignment with content calendar and promotional activities.
  • Collaborate with content creators, designers, and other team members to produce high-quality content that resonates with the target audience.
  • Be a confident and competent presenter on camera.
  • Foster meaningful interactions with followers, customers, and influencers to build and maintain a strong community around the brand.
  • Be proficient at creating Short form UGC content to engage our audience.
  • Campaign Management:
  • Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Monitor campaign metrics and provide regular reports on campaign performance, including insights and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in social media management, preferably in a marketing or agency environment.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and storytelling.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and advertising platforms.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with graphic design and video editing tools is a plus.
  • Presenting & Communication skills required.
  • Travel to multiple locations to shoot the variety of content.
