Key Responsibilities

As our Social Media Manager, you will take ownership of all brand-related social channels. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Oversee the creation, scheduling, and daily posting of content across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, and X.
  • Ensure that every piece of content reflects our luxury brand identity while appealing to a broad, engaged audience.
  • Develop visually compelling stories, reels, and short-form videos that align with current trends while remaining authentic to the brand.

2. Campaign & Collaboration

  • Work hand-in-hand with internal team members and creative partners to plan promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal content strategies.
  • Collaborate with influencers, content creators, and industry partners to expand our brand reach and strengthen credibility.
  • Execute cross-platform campaigns that are not only creative but also strategically designed to maximize engagement and conversions.

3. Paid Advertising & Promotions

  • Create and manage paid ad campaigns across Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and other relevant platforms.
  • Optimize ad spend to ensure the best possible ROI while targeting the right audiences.
  • Drive qualified leads, boost product awareness, and generate sales through well-executed advertising strategies.

4. Analytics & Performance Monitoring

  • Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics including follower growth, engagement rates, reach, and conversions.
  • Use analytics tools to gain insights into audience behavior and optimize strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Provide monthly reports with actionable recommendations to refine content and campaign performance.

5. Community Growth & Engagement

  • Proactively engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
  • Foster a sense of community and create brand advocates by building authentic relationships with audiences.
  • Implement follower growth strategies that align with business objectives.

6. Trend & Market Awareness

  • Stay ahead of industry changes by monitoring algorithm updates, platform features, and new social media tools.
  • Identify emerging content formats and adapt them into brand-relevant content.
  • Ensure our brand remains competitive and innovative in the beauty and lifestyle space.

Qualifications & Skills

We are seeking a candidate who can combine creativity with strategic expertise. The ideal Social Media Manager will possess the following:

  • 5+ years of professional experience managing brand social media accounts across multiple platforms.
  • Proven experience in paid advertising, campaign creation, and performance tracking.
  • A deep understanding of analytics, metrics, and data-driven social growth strategies.
  • Strong visual storytelling skills with a keen eye for aesthetics, branding, and audience alignment.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills for working with diverse teams and external partners.
