Key Responsibilities of Social Media Manager

As a Social Media Manager, you will:

Develop & Execute Campaign Strategies – Create and drive engaging social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sentiment among a global audience of business decision-makers and creators.

Manage Content & Social Calendar – Plan and schedule content across multiple platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X (Twitter), and LinkedIn.

Analyze & Report Performance – Track key performance indicators (KPIs) using social analytics tools (such as Sprinklr) and generate reports that demonstrate the impact of campaigns.

Engage with the Community – Respond to audience interactions, foster relationships, and proactively manage a positive social media community.

Stay Ahead of Trends – Keep up with emerging social media trends, cultural shifts, and platform updates to ensure that our content remains fresh and relevant.

Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams – Work closely with Product Marketing, Brand, Integrated Marketing, Customer Support, and Paid Media teams to align messaging and campaign execution.

Manage Paid Social Campaigns – Partner with the paid media team to create, execute, and optimize paid campaigns, ensuring high ROI.

Work with Creative Teams – Coordinate with design teams and agencies to develop compelling visuals and multimedia content.


What We’re Looking For Social Media Manager

We are seeking a strategic, data-driven, and creative social media expert with the following qualifications:

5-7+ years of experience in a social media role within an enterprise environment.

✔ Proven track record of successful social media campaigns that drive engagement and brand growth.

✔ Strong content creation skills, including copywriting, storytelling, and visual strategy.

✔ Expert knowledge of social media best practices across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).

✔ Experience using Sprinklr or similar social media management tools.

✔ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data-driven insights and optimize campaigns.

✔ Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to align multiple stakeholders and drive results.

✔ A passion for staying ahead of digital trends and implementing innovative strategies.
