About the Role
As a Social Media Manager, you’ll play a critical role in shaping the brand’s online presence across organic and paid social channels. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create impactful campaigns that engage a global audience of business decision-makers and creators. Social Media Manager || Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Execute Campaign Strategies: Social Media Manager Design innovative social media campaigns that boost engagement, sentiment, and community growth.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Product Marketing, Brand, and Integrated Marketing teams to ensure cohesive messaging and content alignment.
- Content Planning & Management: Social Media Manager Maintain a well-organized social media calendar and coordinate digital communications across multiple platforms.
- Engagement & Community Building: Actively respond to social interactions, collaborating with Customer Support and Product teams to create meaningful conversations.
- Paid Media Execution: Partner with paid media teams to strategize, execute, and optimize social ad campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Agency & Creative Management: Oversee agency partners to create compelling social media assets, manage campaign briefs, and provide continuous feedback.
- Stay Ahead of Trends: Monitor and implement the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to maximize reach and impact.
- Performance Tracking & Optimization: Analyze social media performance, track key metrics, and report on campaign effectiveness to optimize future efforts.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 5-7+ years in social media management within an enterprise environment.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in launching and managing high-impact social media campaigns.
- Content Expertise: Strong ability to create engaging, brand-aligned content tailored for various platforms.
- Platform Knowledge: Deep understanding of best practices and cultural trends across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X (Twitter), and LinkedIn.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in social media analytics and reporting tools, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Technical Tools: Experience using Sprinklr or similar social media management platforms.
- Collaborative Mindset: Ability to work cross-functionally and align stakeholders to drive social media success.
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly Rate: $45 – $55/hr, based on experience and evaluation during the interview process.
