Company Overview:

Sazy, the interior brand revolutionizing your living space, is seeking a talented and passionate Social Media Manager to join our team. Based in London, you’ll drive channel growth and enhance our brand’s online presence. As a key member of our team, you will report directly to the Marketing and Ecommerce Director and play a crucial role in building and nurturing our online community.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Execute Social Strategies: Develop and manage social campaigns, including owning the social calendar and planning activities across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest.
• Create Innovative Content: Deliver engaging, platform-first content aligned with business objectives.
• Grow Community: Plan and implement tactics to expand Sazy’s community and drive engagement.
• Performance Reviews: Conduct social media performance reviews, translating campaign reports into actionable insights.
• Content Creation: Lead social content creation during studio shoots, producing and editing captivating visuals.
• Collaborate: Work closely with the Marketing and Ecommerce Director and other stakeholders to ensure social media content aligns with broader marketing campaigns.
• Maintain Visual Identity: Ensure consistency in Sazy’s visual direction and tone of voice across all social channels.
• Stay Updated: Keep up with social media trends, best practices, and competitor analysis to maintain an industry-leading presence.
• Assist in Marketing: Support marketing planning and ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Skills and Experience:

• Experience: 3-5 years in managing social brand channels, community building, content creation, and strategy.
• Familiarity: Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and online communities.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and video editing software.
• Editorial Sensibilities: Ability to ensure content is on-tone, on-brand, and on-strategy.
• Communication: Natural communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytics: Experience with social media management and analytics platforms, and the ability to use data for actionable insights.
• Organizational Skills: Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and produce high-quality content.
• Right to Work: Must have the right to work and live in the UK.

• Salary: Up to £40,000 per year.
