Gunter & Co, a rapidly growing international interior architecture and design studio based in London, is seeking a dynamic Social Media Manager to join our vibrant team. Our projects range from London townhouses and New York brownstones to luxury villas and Cotswold country estates. Our 15-person team operates from our office near Battersea Power Station, making lunch breaks and after-work gatherings extra fun. You will report directly to our directors, Irene Gunter and Ian Hazard, and occasionally collaborate with our consultant marketing director.
Role & Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
- Content development for Instagram and other relevant platforms, ensuring consistent messaging and brand image.
- Monitor social media channels for industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Content Creation:
- Generate visually stunning multimedia content, including images, videos, and graphics, to showcase our designs and studio mindset.
- Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and cohesive brand messaging.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and project launches.
Community Engagement:
- Foster a strong online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to make data-driven decisions and optimize social media strategies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of social media experience within a luxury market; experience in interior design is a bonus.
- Knowledge and passion for homes, interiors, and property are essential.
- Outgoing personality with strong relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in content capture and creation, including on-the-go and in-progress content.
- Strong Instagram experience with potential to explore other channels.
- Excellent writing skills to match our tone of voice and attention to detail.
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills.
- Familiarity with analytics tools to track and measure campaign success.
- Up-to-date with the latest social media and industry trends.
- Based in London with the ability to travel for site visits.
Benefits and Compensation:
- Salary range: £38-45k, depending on experience (pro rata if part-time).

We are looking for a flexible, hands-on individual with a passion for design, ready to start immediately. The first round of interviews will be conducted throughout April with our consultant marketing director, Jess, followed by second-round interviews with Irene and Ian. A small task will be set ahead of the second-round interviews to assess your creative potential.

- Relevant qualifications and experience.
- Valid visa to work in the UK and currently based in London.
