We are currently hiring a Social Media Manager to join the team of one of our enterprise technology clients. This is a fully remote opportunity based in the United States, offering an hourly rate of $45 to $55. In this role, you’ll balance strategy and execution as you grow, manage, and engage a thriving social media community across both organic and paid platforms.


What You’ll Be Doing

As our new Social Media Manager, you will be at the heart of our online presence, playing a key role in developing and implementing a social strategy that drives engagement, brand sentiment, and community growth among a global audience of business decision-makers, creators, and tech enthusiasts.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Strategy & Campaign Creation:
    Social Media Manager Develop and implement campaign strategies aimed at boosting engagement, awareness, and brand sentiment across multiple social platforms. You’ll create compelling content tailored for global audiences and aligned with the brand’s voice and mission.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    Social Media Manager Work closely with various teams—Product Marketing, Brand, Integrated Marketing, and Customer Support—to align messaging and ensure a cohesive digital presence. You’ll be a key player in the content development process.
  • Content Management:
    Own the development of a comprehensive content calendar covering both social media and blog updates. Ensure consistency in voice, visuals, and brand alignment across all content.
  • Community Engagement:
    Actively manage and grow the brand’s online communities. You’ll engage with followers, respond to comments and inquiries, and work with internal teams to address any issues that arise.
  • Paid Campaign Execution:
    Collaborate with the paid media team to execute timely and effective advertising campaigns. This includes working with designers to develop creative assets, traffic visuals, and analyzing campaign performance.
  • Agency Coordination:
    Manage relationships with several external agencies to produce high-quality, creative social content. Write clear briefs, provide ongoing feedback, and ensure alignment with brand objectives.
  • Trend Monitoring & Innovation:
    Stay up to date on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media. Bring fresh ideas to the table and implement innovative techniques that boost visibility and engagement.
  • Performance Analysis:
    Track and analyze key metrics to measure the success of your campaigns. Report monthly on performance against KPIs and leverage insights to continually optimize strategy.

What We’re Looking For

We’re searching for a passionate and experienced Social Media Manager who brings creativity, organization, and insight to everything they do. This role is ideal for someone who is just as comfortable developing a high-level strategy as they are jumping in to execute and engage with the community.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 5 to 7+ years of experience managing social media in an enterprise environment
  • Demonstrated success in running and optimizing impactful social campaigns
  • Social Media Manager Strong background in social strategy, planning, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Excellent writing and creative development skills tailored to each platform
  • Deep knowledge of platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and X (Twitter)
  • Social Media Manager Experience using Sprinklr or similar social media management tools
  • A data-driven mindset with a strong grasp of analytics and performance reporting
  • Proven ability to bring stakeholders together and find alignment through insights and shared goals
