About Social Media Manager:
As a Social Media Account Manager, you’ll be the digital voice behind the brands we represent. You’ll plan, create, schedule, and monitor engaging content across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more. You’ll also play a key role in analyzing performance data, engaging with communities, and staying up to date with digital trends.
You’ll work closely with clients, creatives, and marketing strategists to ensure each campaign delivers results and meets brand objectives.
Key Responsibilities of Social Media Manager:
- Develop and execute tailored social media strategies for multiple clients
- Plan, write, and publish high-quality content aligned with brand tone and goals
- Monitor, respond, and engage with followers to build strong online communities
- Schedule content using platforms like Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, or Meta Business Suite
- Analyze social media metrics, produce performance reports, and suggest improvements
- Research trends, hashtags, and competitors to optimize strategy
- Collaborate with graphic designers and video editors to create visually compelling posts
- Manage ad campaigns (if applicable) and boost posts for visibility and reach
- Stay current with algorithm changes, new tools, and platform updates
Essential Skills & Qualifications of Social Media Manager:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in English grammar and digital writing etiquette
- Good understanding of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, TikTok, etc.)
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively across several accounts
- Comfortable using Canva or similar design tools for creating basic visual content
- Knowledge of analytics tools such as Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and a creative mindset
- A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for social media
Desirable (But Not Required) of Social Media Manager:
- Previous experience in social media marketing or digital content management
