Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager (Remote UK)

Holistic health expert, breathing therapist and pharmacist this globally recognised holistic wellbeing organisation is a school based on yogic breath techniques.

In this role you will be responsible for managing all organic social media channels: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube and the Facebook communities to increase reach, engagement and leads. You will grow their social media channels and Facebook communities and generate revenue to agreed KPIs working with their video editor and key stakeholders.

Role Responsibilities:

Social Channels management >

Leverage content strategy to plan out comms across channels and propose new content ideas.

Work with their video editor to create engaging video content across channels to drive engagement, views, and channel growth.

Create engaging content for Facebook ads.

Create social media content including headlines, thumbnails, copy and select images leveraging AI, Canva and designer.

Research best practice for headlines, YouTube SEO, tags etc to optimise posts across channels.

Liaise with core content creators to develop new video content.

Ensure content is on brand and factually accurate.

Track and report on post-performance for views, engagement, lead generation and revenue and make recommendations.

Facebook Community Management >

Compile a community content plan for each group aligned to their marketing plan.

Create and post content: posts, announcements etc.

Create content and come up with ideas to encourage participation in groups.

Create lead magnets and hand raising content to feature in groups and in paid ads working with their designers and copywriter.

Source subject matter experts to conduct lives in groups.

Respond to comments and DMs across Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube

Work with their appointment setter, providing support and pass potential leads to them.

Ensure content is accurate and on brand.

Track performance of communities and share relevant feedback and insights.

Compile and deliver weekly, monthly reports detailing each month’s activity and performance against KPIs.

Digital Marketing >

Help with managing campaigns, new product launches and events marketing. This includes briefing digital team, working with their advertising agency and project managing campaigns to completion.

Role Requirements

Hands on experience in a similar social media manager level role (in house or agency)

Creative mindset and strong leadership skills

A proven record of creating and executing successful social media strategies that have driven brand awareness, engagement, and commercial growth.

Proficient in social media analytics tools.

An understanding of the motivators of their target market.

£’s; £30k-£40k depending on experience. NB: due to the business being headquartered in the USA, remuneration for their UK employees is via a monthly invoice arrangement (in this instance, anything between £2.5k-£3.3k per month) via a limited or umbrella company.
