Client facing Shopify Account Manager
Our client is a leading e-commerce agency supporting a number of high profile and excitng retailers nationwide. They are seeking an Account Manager to join their team, with the responsibility of managing and nurturing relationships with retained customers.
You’ll be responsible for driving an end-to-end service, managing the relationship and working closely with the internal development team, leading sprint planning, stand ups and providing month-end reports. You will work closely with designers, software developers, marketing and the QA team, ensuring delivery of each task as per clients requests.

Responsibilities;
- You will be the main point of contact for your portfolio of clients working across all work streams, ensuring the smooth delivery of projects
- Identify and understand client needs, briefing internal teams
- Work with internal teams to collaborate on tasks, and scope out client requirements
- Lead sprint planning and internal ‘stand up’ meetings to ensure teams are up to date, supported and able to deliver upon tasks
- Be an expert with Shopify – keeping up to date with any changes and developments which can add benefit to customers
- Stay updated with ecommerce trends, able to deliver knowledgable recommendations to clients.
Requirements;
- You should have proven experience in client-facing account management roles working with Shopify/ e-commerce clients
- You’ll be comfortable managing multiple clients, delivering an excellent client experience
- You’ll have experience using tools such as Jira, Basecamp and will have worked in an Agile environment.
