We’re actively seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team on a remote, hourly contract basis. In this role, you will play a key part in expanding the digital footprint of a growing ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) therapy company committed to helping children and families across the U.S.

This is a multifaceted and strategic role—ideal for someone who thrives on data, loves testing and optimizing, and understands how to connect brands to the right audience at the right time. As a core member of our marketing team, your primary focus will be on executing and refining our SEO and PPC strategies, managing Google Ads, and supporting our social media efforts.

🔧 Your Core Responsibilities

1. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

You’ll take ownership of our on-page and off-page SEO strategy to help us increase organic visibility and drive qualified traffic.

  • SEO & PPC Expert Conduct in-depth keyword research to uncover high-intent terms that resonate with our target audience
  • SEO & PPC Expert Optimize website content, meta descriptions, page titles, and headers for better indexing and ranking
  • Identify and fix technical SEO issues that may be hindering performance
  • Monitor organic traffic performance using tools like Google Search Console and Google Analytics
  • SEO & PPC Expert Collaborate with our content team to guide SEO-focused blog and landing page development

2. Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Campaigns

Your expertise in PPC will be critical in launching and managing cost-effective ad campaigns that bring in real, measurable results.

  • SEO & PPC Expert Create and manage high-performance PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads
  • Write compelling, conversion-oriented ad copy and design ad creatives
  • Optimize campaign structure, keyword targeting, bidding strategies, and landing pages
  • SEO & PPC Expert Conduct regular A/B testing to refine ads and maximize conversions
  • Analyze metrics like CTR, CPC, and conversion rate to make informed decisions

3. Google Ads Management

You’ll oversee our Google Ads accounts to ensure every dollar is spent wisely and strategically.

  • Manage campaign budgets and ensure daily and monthly spend aligns with goals
  • Continuously evaluate campaign ROI and performance
  • SEO & PPC Expert Provide insights and detailed reports on campaign KPIs
  • Stay updated on the latest Google Ads features and industry shifts to maintain our competitive edge

4. Social Media Strategy & Management

Help shape our social presence and connect with our audience in a more meaningful, human way.

  • Develop a consistent, engaging social media strategy across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
  • SEO & PPC Expert Write and schedule posts that drive engagement and reflect our brand values
  • Monitor comments and DMs, and engage with the community in a timely, helpful manner
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to plan campaign-specific content calendars
  • Analyze social metrics and recommend improvements

5. Data Analysis & Reporting

Data is at the heart of our marketing decisions—and it will be at the center of yours.

  • Track and analyze performance across channels using Google Analytics, Data Studio, and other tools
  • Create clear, actionable monthly reports with insights and recommendations
  • Work with cross-functional teams to use data to inform business decisions
  • Recommend changes to marketing strategy based on data trends and performance

✅ What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 3–5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience, ideally with healthcare or service-based businesses
  • Deep understanding of SEO best practices and algorithm updates
  • Strong experience in managing PPC campaigns with clear ROI
  • Google Ads Certified (preferred)
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Tag Manager
  • Proficient in using social media scheduling and reporting tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and juggle multiple priorities
  • A passion for helping others and making an impact through digital strategy
