Your Mission:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic SEO Executive to drive our SEO initiatives. As an SEO Executive, you will play a crucial role in boosting our website’s revenue and visit metrics. Your responsibilities will include working closely with the SEO Consultant to implement SEO strategies, ensuring our website follows Google’s best practices, and developing content plans to enhance our visibility on Google.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and Promote SEO Pages: Develop and execute plans for optimizing SEO pages to drive traffic and increase revenue.
• Collaborate with Content Teams: Work with the SEO Content Writer and content teams to commission and update content that aligns with our SEO strategy.
• Conduct Keyword Research: Perform detailed keyword research and competitor analysis to make effective on-page optimizations.
• Manage Junior Team Members: Support and guide junior team members in their SEO tasks.
• Coordinate with PR and Marketing Teams: Ensure that PR and marketing efforts are aligned with our SEO goals.
• Drive Technical SEO Improvements: Collaborate with the Product and Technical teams to implement technical SEO enhancements.
• Audit and Disavow Links: Perform regular link audits and manage disavow files to maintain a healthy link profile.
• Communicate SEO Guidelines: Help communicate SEO guidelines to the wider business to ensure consistent application.
• Address SEO Queries: Handle SEO-related questions from across the business and ensure website changes do not negatively impact SEO.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Experience: At least 6 months in an in-house SEO role or a strong passion for SEO with a quick learning ability.
• Content Skills: Experience working with digital content or a solid understanding of effective content for users.
• Self-Starter: Ability to take initiative and work independently.
• Data-Driven: Capable of analyzing data and deriving actionable insights.
• Adaptable: Thrives in a fast-paced environment and meets tight deadlines.
• Eager to Learn: A desire to continually learn and enhance SEO skills.
• Confident Communicator: Comfortable working with various senior members of the business.
• Attention to Detail: Excellent written skills with a keen eye for detail and perfect grammar.
• Technical Knowledge: Basic HTML knowledge and experience with SEO tools like SEMrush, Google Trends, and Google Analytics are a plus.
