Responsibilities

- drives SEO content strategy for all business segments through both big-picture ideas and detail-obsessed content writing and editing
- Lead the audit, assessment, enhancement and constant monitoring of all SEO-driven website content
- Lead the analysis of organic search performance for all business segments by continuously monitoring KPIs through Customer Journey Analytics, customizing dashboards, and identifying gaps
- Lead the development of in-house SEO best practices and authoring guidance to support organic traffic and engagement optimization for all segments
- Collaborate with SEO and content creation vendors to deliver effective long-tail keywords and associated supporting content
- Execute an enterprise SEO strategy that drives business goals and builds readers’ health and insurance knowledge
- Write, edit and review copy that reflects clients brand, tone of voice and position in the market while following our brand and web content guidelines
- Collect input from partners and usher content through the review process to ensure timely web publishing
- Apply design thinking and UX principles to page authoring
- Produce and review content that meets ADA compliance guidelines and support efforts to ensure accessibility

They have over 4 million customers and 5,000+ employees dedicated to providing innovative solutions that simplify the healthcare system, improve efficiency and outcomes while reducing costs.
Location: ** While the position is Remote, work from home, you must reside in North Carolina or one of the following states: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.

Required Skills & Experience
