As a Senior Product Designer, you will be a seasoned expert in designing user-centric digital products with an impeccable visual interface. You will take a lead role in shaping product design strategies and contributing to the overall UX/UI Designer design excellence of our organization.
Senior UX/UI Designer || Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with product leaders and stakeholders to define product design strategies. Bring a fresh perspective to discussions, going beyond received information to ask relevant questions and create a truly user-centered product.
- Lead the end-to-end design process, providing direction by analyzing and consolidating information collected from benchmarks, users, and stakeholders. Use this information to inform and defend design solutions.
- Participate in user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
- Present design concepts and strategies to senior leadership and stakeholders. Keep the design team updated on the work to ensure consistency across products.
- Establish and maintain Senior UX/UI Designer systems to ensure consistency and scalability.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles and innovation within the organization.
- Mentor other designers, fostering their growth and skill development.
- Participate in design and frontend rituals.
- Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and methodologies, and contribute innovative ideas to the team and products.
Senior UX/UI Designer || Desired Qualifications And Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English are required.
- Proven experience in collaborating throughout the product lifecycle, using user-centered methodologies and industry-standard design tools, specifically Figma and Miro.
- Demonstrates a keen eye and passion for visual and interaction design, striving to create stunning and delightful user experiences across the product.
- Possesses strategic thinking and the ability to align design efforts with business objectives while maintaining a strong team spirit.
- Can balance autonomy and a can-do attitude with collaboration and being a part of a team.
- Experience working in an Agile context and understanding how UX/UI integrates into the development lifecycle.
- Adaptable to work in a dynamic and evolving design landscape.
Familiarity with front-end development technologies is a plus.
