Position Summary
Snap Finance is seeking a Senior UX Designer to lead the user experience design for the Seen credit card product, an affiliated company. This role is ideal for a senior-level independent designer who can drive design vision and execution across both marketing and product experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary design owner for the Seen credit card product within Snap Finance’s UX team.
- Lead the redesign of Seen.com to enhance conversion rates and marketing clarity. Experience with Webflow is a plus.
- Design and improve key product flows and features, including:
- Account application processes.
- Account servicing enhancements and modernization.
- Information architecture across product and marketing touchpoints.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and marketing, to shape customer interactions with the Seen credit card.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and ensure effectiveness.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate ideas and concepts clearly.
