Description

• Lead strategically important Enterprise customer accounts

• Develop strong customer relationships

• Lead Executive Business Reviews with customers

• Act as an advocate for the team

• Drive the creation and refinement of internal processes

Requirements

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a professional services or customer success role within an Enterprise B2B SaaS environment

• A deep understanding of SEO and how to run a successful SEO testing program

• Excellent leadership and team management skills
