The Senior Product Designer Role
As a senior product designer, you’ll play a crucial role in translating the needs of our users into stunning, functional design features. Reporting to the Principal Product Designer, you will collaborate with our US-based Product team and Vietnam-based Developer team to create seamless user experiences.
We are a remote-first company, but this role requires you to be based in Western, Central, or Eastern European time zones to ensure smooth collaboration across teams.
Key Responsibilities of Senior Product Designer
Creative & Strategic Thinking of Senior Product Designer | EU Remote
- An excellent visual eye and the ability to seek out inspiration to refine designs
- A holistic approach to product design—thinking beyond aesthetics to enhance usability
Design Beautiful, Simple, and Smart Product Experiences of Senior Product Designer | EU Remote
- Create elegant and intuitive UI/UX for key product features
- Ensure visual and functional consistency across all product touchpoints, including emails, forms, workflows, and checkouts
- Develop dynamic, editable templates that work across various screen sizes and configurations
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Work of Senior Product Designer | EU Remote
- Work closely with the US-based Product team to align design with product goals
- Partner with our Spain-based Design Systems Director to implement and evolve our Grain design system
- Collaborate with the Vietnam-based Development team for smooth handoffs, quality assurance, and iterative improvements
Maintain & Elevate Design Standards of Senior Product Designer | EU Remote
- Uphold and enhance Flodesk’s brand identity across all product surfaces
- Prototype flows, interactions, and high-fidelity visuals for new features
- Play a key role in hiring and fostering a strong design culture within the team
What You Bring
Proven Product Design Experience of Senior Product Designer | EU Remote
- Several years of experience as a Product Designer in a design-forward SaaS company
- A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX work, product thinking, and problem-solving skills
Growth Mindset & Team Collaboration
- Comfortable working in remote, cross-time-zone teams
- Open to constructive feedback and continuously looking to improve
- A user-first mentality, prioritizing the best solutions for our members
Bonus Skills
- Experience designing for e-commerce, sales software, or conversion-focused experiences
- Familiarity with A/B testing, user research, and performance-driven design
What Senior Product Designer Offers
Competitive Salary: €65,000 – €80,000 per year
Annual Bonus: 10% discretionary performance-based bonus
