Position Overview of Senior Paid Social Manager:
As the Senior Paid Social Manager, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing paid social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat, and more. You will oversee a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring that each campaign drives measurable performance aligned with business goals. This is a strategic, client-facing role ideal for someone passionate about paid social, highly organized, and results-driven.
Key Responsibilities of Senior Paid Social Manager:
- Lead the planning, setup, management, and optimization of paid social campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Define media strategies that align with client goals, focusing on ROI, customer acquisition, engagement, and brand awareness.
- Analyze and interpret campaign data, generating actionable insights and presenting findings to clients.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs, communicate progress, and adjust campaigns accordingly.
- Develop and present media plans, proposals, reports, and performance reviews.
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure ad assets are optimized for each platform and audience.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
- Mentor and support junior members of the paid social team.
- Manage budgets efficiently to maximize returns on advertising spend.
- Perform A/B testing to refine targeting, creative, and messaging strategies.
Requirements for Senior Paid Social Manager:
- Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing paid social media campaigns.
- Strong proficiency with Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other paid social platforms.
- Deep understanding of KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPM, and CVR.
- Experience with audience segmentation, retargeting, and full-funnel campaign strategies.
- Proficient in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, or similar.
- Strong copywriting skills for ad creative and messaging.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Experience with budget management from £10K to £500K+ monthly spend.
- Right to work in the UK.
