About Us
The KPI Institute is a globally recognized research institute dedicated to business performance. With over 20 years of experience, we’ve developed an extensive body of knowledge covering 12 practice domains — including strategy, key performance indicators (KPIs), innovation, and employee performance. Through research reports, subscription services, publications, and a member-driven knowledge platform, we equip businesses and professionals with actionable insights to enhance performance.
To bring these insights into everyday life, Life Management Science Labs (LMSL) was created. LMSL is the commercial extension of our research – an organization focused on empowering individuals to transform their personal and professional lives using science-backed life management frameworks. Our goal is to help people worldwide live more structured, fulfilling, and balanced lives.
Now, we’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who is passionate, experienced, and ready to create impactful designs for LMSL’s educational and digital platforms.
About the Role
As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will be instrumental in translating our research into engaging, visually appealing course materials, brand content, and digital experiences. You will be designing everything from course infographics to marketing materials — ensuring that our visual identity remains consistent, innovative, and aligned with LMSL’s mission.
You’ll work independently and collaboratively with a global team of researchers, marketers, and creatives, managing multiple projects at once and delivering high-quality content under tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Senior Graphic Designer Design Course Content: Independently create LMSL course materials, including infographics, editorial elements like worksheets, and research-based visuals.
- Marketing Collateral: Design advertising materials, banners, promotional images, icons, document covers, and more — aligned with LMSL’s branding.
- Social Media & Website Assets: Develop visual assets for digital campaigns, social media, PowerPoint presentations, and email communication.
- Website Visuals: Produce compelling website visuals and layout designs that reflect LMSL’s tone and objectives.
- Collaborative Design Work: Support other senior graphic designers and contribute creatively to collaborative projects.
- Innovative Brand Development: Propose and design new visual concepts that evolve our visual identity and brand presence.
- Trend Research: Stay informed on design trends, tools, and software to improve creative output and maintain competitive visual standards.
- Creative Brainstorming: Take part in idea-generation sessions, pitch your concepts, and bring fresh perspectives to the team.
- Project Management: Handle multiple projects efficiently, ensuring timelines, design quality, and brand consistency are met.
- Pitching and Presentation: Prepare mock-ups, mood boards, and design drafts for internal review or client presentation.
