Job Description Job Title: Fast Track Specialist Department: Sales Specialist Equipment Sales Reports To: Fast Track Sales Manager Location: Office/Hybrid Overview: To help drive forward the growth of our Fast Track Telesales Division by providing instant sales support to our customers looking for stand-alone and like for like replacement items: • Intra Oral X-Rays • Phosphor Plate Systems • Sales Specialist Compressors • Suction Pumps • Autoclaves •Sales Specialist Treatment Centres • Lasers • Microscopes • To support FSC’s/ESS’s/CSS’s in closing equipment lead opportunities. •Sales Specialist Generating larger lead opportunities for our Equipment Sales Specialists • To close equipment lead opportunities from various customer touch points across the business Job Responsibilities: The role holder will be expected to be responsible for the following: •Sales Specialist This position interfaces with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet depending upon the customers requirements. • Co-ordinate all financial aspects of an equipment sale and ensure all related paperwork is completed in line with company policies and customer requirements. •Sales Specialist Complete post installation handover paperwork and ensure customer has a complete understanding of equipment usage. • Achieve and exceed Sales, Gross Profit and Lost Call targets as set by the Line Manager. (KPIs) • Achieve a high level of accuracy on all orders, Upsell and cross sell using Henry Schein’s catalogue of value-added services and products. •Sales Specialist Including Service Contracts on certain product portfolios •Sales Specialist Learn, understand and develop knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators. •Sales Specialist Log all contact with customers in CRM accurately. Create and assign cases, tasks and leads / opportunities to relevant departments for action. Ensure customer records are kept up to date with an accurate description of pertinent information such as individual surgeries, buying procedures, contacts and expenditure. • Work collaboratively with the Field Team as and when required to succeed in winning and growing accounts. • Ensure that all communication to customers both written and verbal maintains a high standard both in presentation and content. • Participate in special projects and perform other duties as required. • Collaboratively, liaise with internal departments, field teams, manufacturers and external agencies to obtain information to help customers or enhance your knowledge. • Do you best every day, shine bright, communicate your ideas, be an enthusiastic team player and share best practices. • This position interfaces with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet depending upon the customers requirements.
