As Hotel Operations Manager, you will take full responsibility for hotel operations, ensuring efficiency and high service standards across various departments, including front desk management, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest relations. Key Responsibilities

As a Hotel Operations Manager, your primary duties will include:

Operational Management

Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality service delivery.

Supervise and coordinate the activities of the front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance teams.

Develop and implement standard operating procedures to optimize efficiency and service quality.

Ensure compliance with hotel brand standards, local regulations, and industry best practices.

Monitor property maintenance, ensuring that all equipment, rooms, and common areas remain in top condition.

Guest Experience & Satisfaction

Lead and motivate the team to provide outstanding guest experiences at every touchpoint.

Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

Monitor online reviews and guest feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.

Maintain a welcoming and professional atmosphere throughout the hotel to enhance guest satisfaction and retention.

Revenue & Financial Management

Manage budgets, forecasting, and cost control to optimize profitability.

Identify opportunities to increase occupancy rates and maximize revenue.

Implement sales and marketing strategies to attract new business and retain loyal guests.

Work with revenue management systems and online booking platforms to ensure competitive pricing and availability.

Team Leadership & Staff Development

Recruit, train, and mentor hotel staff, fostering a positive and motivated work environment.

Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching to support employee growth.

Develop staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and operational efficiency.

Promote a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and excellence within the organization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: Previous hotel management experience, ideally in a limited-service or select-service property.

Leadership Skills: Strong ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a diverse team.
