Key Responsibilities
As a LinkedIn Outreach Specialist, you will:
- Manage daily outreach operations through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, targeting 100–200 potential leads per day with personalized messages tailored to their industry, role, and needs.
- Craft and customize outreach messages that resonate with each prospect, focusing on relevance and value while maintaining a conversational and professional tone.
- Build and maintain prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator’s advanced search capabilities to identify key decision-makers and ideal target accounts based on our buyer personas.
- Track and report outreach performance, including message open rates, response rates, and lead conversion metrics. You’ll analyze trends and use data to improve outreach effectiveness over time.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to align messaging, ensure lead hand-offs are seamless, and maintain consistency across campaigns.
- Manage connections and follow-ups by keeping CRM records up to date, tagging leads appropriately, and sending timely follow-up messages based on prospect engagement.
- Continuously test and optimize messaging, including subject lines, message sequences, and call-to-action formats to boost response and conversion rates.

By 60–90 days, we expect you to:
- Be consistently hitting daily outreach targets of 100–200 quality messages.
- Provide weekly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Contribute new ideas to test and improve messaging sequences.
- Build a qualified pipeline of leads for the sales team to engage.
Long term, your success will be measured by the quality of conversations generated, the number of leads converted to sales calls, and your ability to fine-tune our outreach playbook to achieve optimal performance.
