About the Role of Sales Manager
As a Market Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in territory management, business strategy, and customer relationship development. Your primary focus will be increasing market share and profitability while providing value-driven solutions to major accounts. You will also lead sales and marketing efforts, ensuring we maintain our strong industry presence and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities of Sales Manager
- Develop & Execute Business Strategy
- Identify key growth opportunities and create strategic plans to expand market share.
- Strengthen relationships with existing customers while targeting new accounts.
- Utilize value-based selling techniques to enhance revenue and profitability.
- Market & Customer Analysis
- Understand customer needs, buying behaviors, and competitive landscape.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and leverage market intelligence to drive sales success.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and track customer activity to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams
- Partner with Technical Service Engineers and Specialists to provide customer support.
- Work closely with logistics, manufacturing, and pricing teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Share valuable customer insights with the marketing and product development teams.
- Sales Execution & Growth
- Promote cement and concrete solutions while identifying new sales avenues.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective account management and communication.
- Actively participate in trade associations and professional networking events.
What We’re Looking For
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- 5-7 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
- Proven ability to manage and grow customer accounts in a competitive industry.
- Strong knowledge of cement and concrete products is a plus.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong relationship-building skills with key decision-makers and influencers.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication abilities.
- Experience managing major sales opportunities through the pipeline.
- Ability to analyze sales data and forecast market trends.
- Willingness to travel as needed for customer meetings and company events.
