Remote Sales Director – Business Services (Southwest) | Up to $275K + Uncapped Commission

This is a remote role based in the Southwest U.S., offering a base salary between $147,800 and $274,600, plus uncapped commission potential and a comprehensive benefits package.

What You’ll Do:
As the Director of Sales, you will be responsible for guiding and inspiring a multi-layered team of sales professionals. You’ll play a pivotal role in aligning our go-to-market strategy with customer needs while also fostering internal collaboration to ensure the team is supported and customers are well-served.
Sales Director Key responsibilities include:
- Driving Revenue Growth: Lead the team in developing and executing strategies that generate new business and grow existing accounts through upsell and retention efforts.
- Strategic Sales Planning: Sales Director Collaborate with market planners and business leaders to implement effective account plans aligned with our company’s objectives.
- Executive-Level Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships at the C-suite level with key clients and stakeholders to increase product adoption and customer loyalty.
- Team Leadership & Coaching: Sales Director Manage sales activities, provide clear direction, set performance expectations, and hold team members accountable. Offer coaching and mentorship to elevate team performance.
- Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Sales Director Deliver accurate sales forecasts, lead business reviews, and manage expenses efficiently while focusing on long-term revenue goals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Sales Director Advocate for your team’s needs by working closely with internal departments, ensuring appropriate resources are allocated to serve clients effectively.
What We’re Looking For:
To be successful in this role, you’ll bring a strong combination of strategic insight, leadership experience, and proven sales ability in complex, solution-oriented environments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 10+ years of successful sales experience, preferably in a B2B solutions-based sales environment.
- Minimum of 5 years of prior leadership experience managing and motivating sales teams.
- Proven ability to lead field-based or remote sales teams with consistent revenue growth.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing complex sales strategies.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build trust with senior executives and internal stakeholders.
- Capable of traveling up to 30% of the time within the Southwest territory.
Location Requirements:
This is a remote position open to candidates located in the Southwest United States. You must reside in the region and be available for occasional travel as required.
Compensation & Benefits:
We believe in rewarding our employees generously for their contributions. In addition to a competitive base salary, this role includes uncapped commissions and a high-earning potential that reflects your impact.
Compensation Range:
- Hawaii & Colorado: $170,000 – $180,000 base
- California: $170,000 – $180,000 base
- Overall Range: $147,800 – $274,600 base + variable commission
