We are seeking a Social Media Manager to join our enterprise technology client’s dynamic team. This fully remote role offers the opportunity to shape how the brand shows up across digital platforms, connecting with global audiences in innovative and authentic ways. You’ll combine strategy and execution to lead social media efforts, ensuring the brand not only keeps up with trends but sets them.
What You’ll Do
As a Social Media Manager, you will play a critical role in creating, managing, and executing campaigns across both organic and paid channels. Your work will directly impact brand sentiment, community growth, and engagement with a global audience of decision-makers and creators. Here’s what the role entails:
- Lead Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Develop and drive comprehensive social media campaign strategies aimed at increasing engagement, reach, and sentiment.
- Use cultural trends, industry insights, and platform best practices to shape a strong brand presence.
- Collaborate Across Teams
- Work closely with Product Marketing, Brand, and Integrated Marketing teams to align social media initiatives with broader business goals.
- Partner with internal teams such as Customer Support and Product to craft meaningful, relevant responses and content.
- Manage Digital Communications
- Oversee the cadence of digital communications across platforms, ensuring timely, consistent, and brand-aligned messaging.
- Use data-driven insights to refine messaging and approach.
- Content Creation & Calendar Management
- Develop and maintain a global social media content calendar that integrates seamlessly with blogs, campaigns, and brand storytelling.
- Coordinate with creative teams and agency partners to produce high-quality, engaging content tailored to each platform.
- Community Engagement
- Actively engage with the brand’s online community, fostering meaningful conversations and ensuring timely responses.
- Build a proactive, positive presence that strengthens trust and loyalty.
- Paid Media Integration
- Partner with the paid media team to plan and execute campaigns, ensuring strong creative assets, effective targeting, and measurable outcomes.
- Collaborate with designers to produce impactful visuals, traffic-driving assets, and campaign content.
- Agency & Partner Management
- Manage agency relationships, ensuring creative output aligns with brand objectives.
- Draft briefs, provide feedback, and monitor execution of paid campaigns.
- Trend Awareness & Implementation
- Stay up-to-date on evolving social media tools, features, and trends.
- Implement innovative strategies to maximize campaign performance and community relevance.
- Performance Measurement & Reporting
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for social campaigns.
- Deliver monthly reports analyzing reach, engagement, conversions, and overall impact to guide future strategy.
What We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, you’ll need more than just social media skills—you’ll need the creativity, collaboration, and strategic mindset to elevate a global brand. Our ideal candidate has:
- Experience & Expertise
- 5–7+ years working in social media management, ideally within an enterprise-level environment.
- Proven success in designing and executing impactful campaigns that drove measurable results.
- Content & Strategy Skills
- A portfolio of engaging and creative social content across platforms.
- Strong planning, calendar management, and campaign strategy skills.
- Platform Knowledge
- Deep expertise in Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X (Twitter), and emerging platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Sprinklr or similar enterprise social tools.
- Analytics & Insights
- Strong ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Comfort presenting data-backed results to stakeholders.
- Collaboration & Communication
- Exceptional ability to bring cross-functional teams together and align them toward shared goals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Compensation
This role offers a competitive hourly rate of $45–$55. Compensation is determined based on candidate experience, skill set, internal equity, and market factors.
